We install, service and repair all types of water heaters. If a chimney liner is needed, we can do that too.

Todays families use an average of 20-30 gallons of hot water per person each day. The average hot water heater is 50 gallons with a recovery time of of 1 hour. During peak time you need to make sure you don't run out of hot water.

One solution is a tankless hot water heater. They provide on average 2-5 gallons of hot water a minute, ensuring a constant supply of hot water with no recovery time. These heaters operate "on-demand" which means that unlike the holding tanks that heat water constantly to maintain temperature, tankless heaters only heat when there is a demand for hot water. This saves you money.

In addition to the money you will save every month on your utility bill, there are rebates available to save you even more, click on the link to the right to read about the NJ Clean Energy Program.

You will also save space in your mechanical room. Because these heaters hang on the wall you recover usable space in your basement or mechanical room.

If you choose to stay with a conventional tank style water heater we can make sure it is properly sized and advise you on when the best time to replace it would be. Most tank heaters have a lifespan of 10-12 years, the time to replace one is before they start to leak.
